Touch Pads
Touch pads exist within the walls of high tech swimming pools and are designed to officiate races fairly and accurately. A timer is activated when an athlete comes into contact with the wall. This timer is activated electronically through a circuit connected closely to the touch pads. Touch pads allow maximum accuracy on swim times and during races.
